RESCHEDULE or CANCEL APPOINTMENTS
Our company is based on the belief that salon etiquette involves thoughtfulness and respect for all clients as well as for our individual client/business relationship.
Individuals are required to reschedule or cancel 24 hours or more in advance. If appointments are not canceled or rescheduled in the allotted time stated above, a fee will be incurred by the client.
You are considered a "NO SHOW" if you are thirty minutes late to your scheduled appointment time.
RESCHEDULE, CANCEL, NO SHOW FEE SCHEDULE
9 to 23 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT $15.00
8 HOURS BEFORE TO 30 MINUTES AFTER APPOINTMENT TIME $25.00
* Please note their are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
We do service clients by appointments, however, your particular time slot does not guarantee you will be serviced immediately when you arrive to the salon. Please arrive at the time agreed upon and be patient in waiting for your stylist, just as you would at a doctors or dentist appointment. If you choose to arrive when you desire you will be serviced accordingly. Beauty is a timely occasion.

CHILDREN UNDER 6
To respect the comfort of all guests, children under 6 years of age are not allowed. We do not service children under 6 years old.
RIGHT TO REFUSAL
The Healthy Hair Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. We reserve the right to define improper conduct and it can include abuse to all of the policies under Salon Etiquette, inappropriate conduct and/or language.
